I’m Aarti, better known as the Princess at Rose Events. I have always enjoyed planning and coordinating events for family and friends so when I found out about the opportunity to work for Rose Events, it was a no-brainer for me. Being an event coordinator gave me the chance to work with great people and see some of the most beautiful events I’ve ever seen. It’s so satisfying to help make such an important day in two people’s lives go as perfectly as possible. I am a very organized and detail-oriented person and I apply these skills in pretty much everything I do, whether it’s planning/coordinating a wedding, a vacation, or just a dinner party. I think these are such critical skills to have when it comes to being an event coordinator, since every detail can be so important. I also work as a full-time IT project manager, which is very fitting because in a way it is similar to working as an event coordinator. I can safely say that coordinating weddings is a lot more fun than coordinating IT projects :) On the weekends when I’m not working a wedding for Rose Events, you can usually find me doing one of my favorite things: cooking, baking, planning my next vacation, or watching the Yankees.
Hi I'm Amisha, I'm also known as the Brat amongst the rest of the smurfs. Along with being a Smurf, I also work full time as a Mad Scientist. I am a highly passionate person and I invest a lot of my spare time enjoying a few of these passions including traveling, baking and Football (soccer). I wouldn't call myself shy but I am reserved; once I begin to feel comfortable with someone they see a whole new side of me. I'm a complete optimist which I believe makes me perfect for the job of Event Coordinator. It's an important trait to carry around with you when your working an event filled with stressed out families and couples. The positive outlook helps me help de-stress the others. I am also thorough and organized in my execution, which is neccessary when performing a task while working an event.
I am a Jersey girl who currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island, where I am studying Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University. I may live in the smallest state but I have the biggest heart. Working at Rose Events, has proven to be inspiring because I have had a passion for helping others all my life. This industry is one that describes my interests at heart. I am a hardworking determined individual who dreams of making a difference in someone’s life. By helping others, I help myself become a better person. I’ve always been described as one who is kind, friendly, and selfless. And with these qualities I plan on helping others to the best of my ability.
I'm Puja, or otherwise known as the "Protector of the Emergency Kit". Apart from working as a Smurf (Event Coordinator) for Rose Events, I work full time in the Pharmaceutical Industry. While most kids watched Nickelodeon growing up, I usually came home from school and tuned into shows like Platinum Weddings and Whose Wedding Is It Anyway? There was always something about watching someone prepare for the biggest day in their life that interested me. Luckily for me, I was looking for a summer job during my sophomore year of college and was able to become an Event Coordinator for Rose Events. What's better than doing what you love and getting paid to do it, right?!! Although I have graduated from college, I continue to work as an event coordinator because it is such a rewarding job. Not only have I grown as a person, but I also get to see couples start a beautiful chapter in their lives. As stressful as it may be during the events, I love every minute of it because of the people I work with. You know that if you need help, the Rose Events team has your back. =)
I began working for rose events this past summer but have gained a lot of experience through my cousins the princess, the brat, the silent yeller, and the protector of the emergency kit. Being able to help coordinate a couple's most memorable day is such a satisfying job. I am a very organized and personable individual which contributes to my skills on making the big day go very smoothly. I have played soccer almost all my life and it has allowed me to be able to take instruction really well on and off the field. Being a people's person is also one of my many positive characteristics. On my spare time you can find me scoring goals on the field or cooking up a storm in the kitchen :)
Intelligent, Nice, Organized and Hard Working…those are just some of the words that describe who I am. I don’t like to stand around doing nothing because I will get bored. I like to keep myself busy. My quietness makes me an overly nice person sometimes but that also doesn’t mean that I will allow people to take advantage of me. I may be quiet but if something needs to get done I don’t shy away from it and always have an organized plan to go with it. All of these characteristics have helped me become the event coordinator that I am. I feel that every event challenges me and might take me a little out of my comfort zone, but the experiences have definitely opened me up over the years.
I am a Jersey Girl from day one but a true Punjabi Billo at heart. My friends and family would describe me as funny, smart, motivated, athletic and organized. In my "free time" I love to travel, play basketball, watch funny movies, bust out in bhangra and spoil my siblings :) I have always had a passion for event planning and Rose Events has given me that opportunity to bring all my strengths in to one place! I get such an adrenaline rush while working an event because I know that I am making a difference in bringing an amazing milestone "to life" with an awesome team!
