Event Planners & Event Managers

Rose Events began in 2001 with two entrepreneurs and a common dream. The first event we organized was the most successful and original South Asian Bridal Show on a Monday night. Since then we have been putting together various events from large scale bridal shows in convention centers, international corporate events, themed Sweet Sixteen’s to Platinum Weddings featured on national television!

Having spent all of my childhood working in a small business (my father’s convenience stores) and freelancing as a wedding photographer on the weekends, I noticed how elaborate our events were becoming and although hundreds of people were invited to multi-day affairs and hundreds of thousands of dollars were being spent; one thing was still commonly missing...A professional team of Event Planners.
Thru the camera's lens I would still see stress on the faces of the gracious hosts. What we lacked in our South Asian events was professionalism, and organization - The key to ensuring an amazing experience for all.
My voluntary involvement in collaborating with 16 universities and non-profit organizations for the Gujarat Earthquake in 2001, timed with the beginning of a new wedding season in the following month, secured the corner stone for Rose Events. In January of 2001, I made it my mission to change the way our community views and experiences events. Within months of meeting Vaishali, we collectively formed:
Rose Events - America's Premiere South Asian Events Consulting Firm - The first ever Full service, Full time, South Asian Event Planning company in the United States.
I personally am very proud of the changes we have made, the industry we have helped to spawn and are challenged daily by our clients to set the bar even higher.
Our years of flawless events and satisfied clients from California to New Jersey to the Caribbean have helped Rose Events become a household name.

Born and Raised in NJ, I was always planning something since I was a child. It was a natural transition for me to develop event planning into a business as this was my passion from very early on. I continued planning large scale events at Seton Hall University where I majored in Business Marketing with a minor in Biochemistry. I started Rose Events in my last year of college in 2001.

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and concentration in Finance. School was a breeze, so I decided to take on some extracurricular activities with the Indian Students Association. As a sophmore in college never having planned anything in my life before, I had put together one of the most successful Cultural Shows the University has ever seen with a turnout of 700+ South Asians (in Delaware!). Since then I've always felt that I've had a calling for Event Planning and Management.
